I am writing today to a 150m radius of the area, to ask if you have witnessed, or been affected by any antisocial behaviour and or, drug use in Helford Gardens, West End? I've been made aware there is a flat in the area and the resident is causing issues for residents nearby. I've been made aware that this was happening a lot, but has now calmed down. 

If these issues persist and affect you, please can you report what is happening. Some of these are noise issues and some are drugs issues. Antisocial behaviour takes many forms, from aggressive, or abusive behaviour to neighbourhood disturbances involving drugs.
